terms and conditions

duration - typical event time frames

  • breakfast - 2.5 hours
  • lunch - 4 hours
  • dinner - 5 hours
  • cocktail - 4 hours
  • wedding - 6 hours

venue hire

venue hire for exclusive use is $1000.

styling

All styling is at the arrangement and expense of the client. Our events team will be on hand to assist with the set up. At the conclusion of the event all equipment and decorations will be stored overnight, for collection the following day.

audio visual

We recommend Perth Audio Visual (9378 0888) www.perthav.com.au for any requirements of this nature.

dance floor

Hire of a dance floor can be arranged at a cost of $550 and lectern $80.

seating plans and menus

Printed menus and a seating plan will be provided for seated events. Guests will be shown to their tables by our events team. Alphabetical guest lists must be provided no less than 5 days prior to the event.

display and signage

Nothing is to be glued, stapled or screwed or fixed to any wall, door or part of the building.

cakes supplied

A charge of $4 per person is applicable for cakes that are served in place of a dessert as part of a seated meal package.

responsibility and damage

The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damage sustained to the venue during an event. All expenses in relation to this are the responsibility of the client.

deliveries from suppliers/decorators

Deliveries from suppliers must be arranged with the Event Manager. Equipment may not be delivered more than 24 hours in advance.

responsible service of alcohol

The venue reserves the right to refuse the service of alcohol to any guest showing signs of intoxication. The client must nominate a point of contact for the event who will be advised of any situations of this nature arising and will be expected to assist in the management of such.

birthdays

Cocktail events are not available for 18th or 21st birthday celebrations.

tentative booking

All tentative bookings will be held for a period of two weeks, after which the date will be automatically released unless a deposit has been received.

deposit and cancellation policy

The venue hire of $1000 is paid as a non-refundable deposit and secures the event date. Cancellations must be made in writing. If cancellation occurs after the final confirmation and payment has been made, a refund of 50% of the expected event cost will be made

confirmation form

A completed and signed confirmation form must accompany the deposit

final confirmation

Final confirmation of expected guests is required seven days prior to the event. Charges will be based on these minimum numbers or the actual attendees, whichever is greater.

payment

Full payment is required seven days prior to the event date.

If beverages are being charged on a consumption basis, credit card details will be held and final expenses will be charged at the conclusion of the event. A 3% surcharge applies to payments by Amex or Diners.

public holidays

Events falling on a public holiday will incur a surcharge of 15%.

pricing

Pricing of Food and Beverage packages apply to the current year. The pricing for an event will be the applicable pricing for the year the event is held, regardless of the booking date.

acceptance of terms and conditions

Receipt of a deposit indicates acceptance of the 'Event Terms and Conditions'.
